Helen is an object maker, an installation artist and an experimental film maker. Helen references potent objects and experiences from her life in her work. Helen enjoys working site specifically and exhibiting in unconventional spaces. She has exhibited all over the UK, in Europe and the USA.
Helen is fascinated by the phenomenon of nostalgia and how indulging in nostalgic thoughts can elicit emotions that range from idealised romanticism to dark melancholy. Helen creates work that is seriously playful and delightfully provocative.
